About the Project

Another phase of construction is now underway. 28 apartments in 2 terraced buildings with 14 apartments in each building.A variety of 3.5, 4 and 5-room apartments. All apartments have gardens and/or Sukkah balconies. Registered parking and storage.


In the 5-bedroom apartments, the storage room is adjacent to the apartment and may be used as an additional room in the future.


The apartments are large, well lit and with very high-standard technical specifications. Such as central air conditioning in each apartment, 60/60 floor tiling throughout, transparent railing, etc.

The project is due to commence intake some two years after signing the contract.


Considerable thought went into the design of the apartments. The apartments have spacious rooms and a large lounge. The apartments enjoy a breathtaking view to the west and on days of good visibility you can see the sea. Construction is subject tothe close supervision of supervisors and consultants. The project will benefit from an impressive new playground adjacent to the apartments as well as a beautiful internal promenade.
